I think I said pull the plug and litigate if necessary. This conversation started on sep 15 in gm facing new reality thread - your the lawyer so I’m sure you’ve double checked the facts supporting your accusation.
People like yourself read that as cancel the rest of the contract as opposed to just not agreeing to broadcast nhl games until its the product they bargained for- which this isn’t.
