They finished all the widening of Glenmore itself, rebuilt the noise barrier at WB Glenmore to NB Crowchild, built the new pedestrian bridge at 54th Ave; for some reason the only thing that was planned as part of the project and DIDN'T get done was the double-turn from EB Glenmore to NB Crowchild and two straight-through lanes.

I was going to ask if that was when they had still planned an interchange at Richard Road, but that PDF suggests that this was after that had been cut.
