Shapo can rightly complain about bad calls, but there's really no excuse to lose a match you had two service games to win in the fifth.
I think it was already clear before this, but it's just another demonstration that he doesn't have the ability to bear down that's necessary to be a top 10, top 5 player, despite having all the general talent required for that to happen.
