He didn't call to apologize, but he called after he was in the area. I had put in a request and he followed up afterwards.
He told me he kind of stuck out like a sorry thumb, and that was probably why he didn't ticket anyone.
He likely didn't "apologize" I guess that was a poor choice of words.
And no one's said it was "outside of their hours" I don't remember specifically but it was likely a couple of days later.
