But picks 17-22 could just as easily be
Parise,
Getzlaf,
Burns, Fehr, Stuart
or more recently 16-25 in 2015 went:
Barzal, Connor, Chabot, Evgeny Svechnikov, Eriksson Ek, White,
Samsonov, Boeser, Konecny, Roslovic.
Either way, there are plenty of extremely valuable players that have historically and recently been picked in that part of the draft.
