Best bet is certainly 1 or 2, but there have been plenty from outside the top 10 (and plenty more #3-10); off the top of my head:

Kuznetsov
Getzlaf
Kopitar
It seems to be nearly impossible to find a top line centre outside the top 80 though. Superstar goalies, D, and wingers are all possible in the later rounds, but not C's. So...it's really encouraging that the Flames have picked 1 possible C in the top 80 in the last 5 years (Dubé).
