None of this has any relevance to the point of my post. People say they want to move to low-density suburban communities because they want a house
with a yard, not a house with nearby parks, playgrounds, and other public greenspaces. You can have all of that while living in a high-density neighbourhood too, with the added bonus that you're not restricted by a car-dependent lifestyle.
