I don't see Gus or Brodie being back, last I heard Gus and the Flames weren't even talking after a report that Gus's demands were quite lofty. I also don't think Brodie will be back, I feel like he'd have already signed and there haven't even been rumors of tehm even talking as far as I know.
I could see Schultz on a bargain contract as a reclamation project because between injuries and a lack of production, he has not been good for a couple seasons and even then, I'd argue he really only was good for 1 year (and post-deadline after the trade) after leaving Edmonton.
Barrie on the other hand, even in a bad year, he still was good offensively and when we face him and the Avs in the playoffs, he was very much a catalyst for their transition game and an impact player.
