Cereal's a toughy. The best bet are types loaded with fibre (subtract the fibre from the carbs) but those cereals usually taste like ####.

An easy-as-cereal option I found is cottage cheese and plain greek yogurt (50/50). Add about 1 tsp sugar free jam if you like, a sprinkle of bran buds or frozen berries.

Tons of protein, very few carbs.
