That handball rule is a joke and as mentioned there is zero consistency.
You only have to look at last week at the penalty given against Lindelof (which this forum was very quiet about
) and then later on in the same day the clear and obvious one that Gabriel got away with.
Clocked the time play was stopped for the review and was two and minutes left in added time. Play restarts after the goal and time is blown after a minute.
They can't even do the basics like track time.
