Oatmeal was the first idea I had as well.

But I'm also wondering why those psyllium fibre (ie: All bran)/Muesli cereals aren't be suggested? I thought it was mainly fibre?

Or are they just fataing disgusting?


Also, how healthy are mini wheats with the icing sugar on them? (As a change of pace)
