I eat Special K protein cereal which has 33g carbs and 10g protein. I then add a scoop of whey to that as well.
Not low carb, but a nicely balanced carb to high protein ratio breakfast.
I would start by figuring out all of your macro goals for the day and fit cereal into your big picture. Lunch/dinner type foods are easier to go lower carb so fueling your morning with carbs is good anyway.
If you're goal is only to eat low carb all the time, then cereal isn't for you.
