Every major city in the U.S. has a few enclaves where rich people people live, shop, play golf, go to restaurants, and send their kids to school. And those enclaves are nicer than anywhere in Calgary. Because the whole purpose of America’s hyper-capitalism is to make it an awesome place to be rich.

Of course, this all presumes that everyone has the same jaded elitist view of what constitutes a great place for raising a family. I suspect the matter is much more nuanced even among the super-rich.
