Cereal is more or less a meal invented to sell more carbs by the corn and wheat industries. I would be warry about any "low carb" cereal. Often these products will replace the carbs with even less healthy oils and/or they will be very heavy in sweeteners.
If you're willing to tolerate Cheerios, however, a lot of cereal would be fine. Cheerios is a very high in carbs, with 27g for every 40g serving.
