Counterpoint: I have no issue with referring to the United States as a complete mess of a country, due only to a minority of their population. Granted, it's a larger minority than racists are in Red Deer, presumably, but where do you want to draw that line?
... I'm really just playing devil's advocate here; I don't actually think Red Deer is a disgusting cesspool because of a twitter post.
