Unfortunately the software just doesn't have that kind of capability. The best thing to do is to report the post that got the skill and the moderation team can look at it.
While we generally won't reverse a skill given (because in the long term a single skill one way or the other won't mean as much), we do discuss things to try and keep things focused with the team of people that give skill (it's not just the moderators that give skill out, most is given out by the skill team).
