They are going to lose Dumba to the expansion draft in a year. If they can get a solid middle 6 C for him, with 4 years left of his contract, that is a great return.
They are in no position whatsoever to try and command Monahan as a return for Dumba. None.
Some of these proposals are ridiculous.
