Who should the Flames select with the No. 19 pick in the 2020 Draft?
Justin Barron, RD, Halifax (NHL comparable: Matt Niskanen) 37%
Helge Grans, RD, Malmo (NHL comparable: Chris Tanev) 18%
Jeremie Poirier, LD, Saint John (NHL comparable: Nate Schmidt) 20%
William Wallinder, LD, MODO (NHL comparable: Mattias Ekholm) 25%
Of course the guy I like, Helge Grans, is in last spot.

Meh... I don't know if I agree with Craig but his connection with brother bear Todd has me worried now.
There's so much D depth in the draft this year, especially 2nd round I would hate to burn our 1st on a D when there will be LOTS of high end talent in the forward group around pick 19.
It would be a HUGE mistake to blow it on any of those 4 D listed IMO as I don't see any huge standout characteristics from those ranked lower in the 50-70 range.
At pick 50 we've got options like:
Jurmo - 6'4 LHS
Rafkin - 5'11 RHS
Heck even Dim Jim's (nephew I think?) Michael Benning could be had.
He's put up impressive numbers in the AJHL and is committed to Denver this year.
