Super complicated, no way a cop should be responsible for mathing that one out.

I'm quite sure many new cars don't satisfy this requirement. Plus if there is a crackdown it needs to be for large vehicles I actively avoid them or purposely leave a space so someone else will cut in and provide a rock shield.
