I remember seeing that $162 'washer fluid' ticket on Twitter. One of the CPS Social Media constables looked into it and answered. Apparently that vehicle had 3 infractions on it, so it got the one ticket for all three problems, and it was not a ticket for just 'not keeping my windshield washer fluid topped off', as it was presented on Twitter.
