Are watching the same player? There hasn't been a lot of Bennett flare. I was right on board with the idea that this player would continue to drive chance metrics but didn't have the finish to go to the next level.
These playoffs were different though.
Not even close to proclamating a coming out party, we've seen the script before, but there's a more interesting case to be made this off season than the others.
If you don't feel that way I get it ... trust me. But it's not foolish to wonder if these ten games at a new position may have put him back closer to his OHL style.
