The notion of America as a country to look up to or admire or be envied the world over is definitely at stake here. Crucial to the American projection of power is the already fractured, but at risk of total dismantling, American international reputation.
I think the world over can give a pass for one whoops. But if the US votes him in again, it will absolutely only be a reflection of the American people at this point and from an international reputation standpoint a total and unmitigated disaster. This I think will have domino effects downstream for Americans in everything from trade and economics to sports and culture. I think it will be enormously transformative to the downside internationally to Americans if they vote in Trump again.
