This set of ideas is spun off from my post in the Gaudreau proposal thread. The suggestions are a combination of what I would like to see happen, and what I expect to see happen.

Trade Mikael Backlund and 2nd in 2020 to Arizona for Darcy Kuemper and the Rights to Taylor Hall
- Sign Taylor Hall, 7 years @ 7,250,000
Trade Johnny Gaudreau and Rights to Oliver Kylington to Boston for Jake DeBrusk, Ondrej Kase and a 2021 1st round pick.
- Sign Jake DeBrusk, 3 years @ $2,750,000
Trade rights to Mark Jankowski to Buffalo for a 5th in 2020
