One other thing I’d consider is that cars can have a lot more rust from the salt they use in Ontario. Anecdotal, but I had a used vehicle that I think only spent one maybe two winters there and it had rust in super weird spots compared to what I’ve seen in western canadian vehicles. The underbody was actually in pretty rough shape for its age and mileage.
