You are seeing that yourself, that's not what's happening. Ward isn't terrible, and most people aren't saying that. Heck, the Flames aren't terrible. But its not like our benchmark should be Edmonton.

People want this team and this build of it to result in a contender, not hover around mediocrity and early playoff exits. I want this team to win a cup. I'd like to see the team try to make the moves that give the greatest probability in that happening. Better players, better coaches, better trainers, better hot dog vendors. All of it.
