Back on topic.
I think Edmundson is a serviceable 4-5 defenseman, He's not an advanced stats darling by any means but he plays the game the way coaches love defensive defensemen to play by using his body and getting in shooting lanes. Getting that for a 5th round pick, assuming he signs, could be a pretty good deal for the Habs who are weak on the left side.
