I have and played CO2, Vinhos, Kanban and The Gallerist but haven't played my copy of Lisboa yet. The Gallerist is probably the smoothest of them but his games are a pain to setup and teach.
I suspect On Mars is similar but I know little about it other than briefly seeing Vital demo it.
I don't think they're worth the premium for the Eagle-Gryphon productions. If you're going to spend that, buy a Splotter game like Antiquity, Roads & Boats or The Great Zimbabwe instead.
