I used wishful thinking and put Hall in at 8M/per, that leave 5.6 million to sign:
Mangiapane
Talbot
+3 forwards
+2 defencemen
Mangiapane and Talbot alone will eat up most of that 5.6M
I keep saying it but if they sign Hall and trade Gaudreau they can't take back cap.
