I think that aquiring Domi wouldn't net us a C better than Mony, but it would give us a really good 1-2 punch down the middle similar to what St.Louis has with Schenn and O'Rielly (maybe not quite as good). It would enable us to push Backlund down to 3C as well. Domi may be smaller, but with the way he plays he might as well be 6'2"-he's uncommonly tough and strong, and he can do something that Mony can't: skate with the fastest guys. We're not going to get a #1C through trade this offseason, it's just not going to happen-you have to draft those guys.
