That's how good and deep this draft is.
If Zary is available at 19 (and he should be because of just how deep this draft is), you don't over think it - you grab him.
Failing Zary's availability you turn towards which of Quinn or Jarvis dropped, and beyond that directly to Bourque, Amirov, Mercer, or lastly towards Holloway or Foerester - but you do not overthink Zary at 19, not for a moment.

Unfortunately, I doubt Zary and Jarvis will be available at 19 (despite what some sites say).
There seems to be quite a dip in quality between the 12-16 range and the 17-24 range.
Some players might fall, but the Flames never pick those guys in the first round.
