Flames need to add 1 impactful top 6 forward and 1 D. And a goalie.

There needs to be a meaningful shakeup or else its the same fluff as last few seasons.

Valamaki is a big unknown due to injuries. Id use him as a big sweetener. Go for fences with someone like Eichel. Guadreau, valmaki plus package
Forbort should be resigned for bottom pairing.
