He was apparently spending a lot of time late evening in casinos with a posse of his buddies and they didn't feel he was a good fit in the locker room. In June he was also involved in a DEA house raid where he was arrested at the scene. Much like how Mayock drew the line with AB fining him rather than try to force a square peg in a round hole, you can argue getting rid of a player before he becomes an issue in the locker room is the sign of an organization learning how to do things the right way.
