That’s what you get with multiple coaches and a GM with no plan.

I knew Talbot might have given us the best chance to win but if you are trying to grow Rittich you have to give him the opportunities to.

When do we start growing and developing at all positions properly. A 5 year plan should stay a five year plan even if we hit success or failure early or late.

A normal business model building should not deviate because of anomalies or luck.
