So I expect to see some Kelly and Biden ads to strengthen their support in the next month and then a big spend in October. Same across the country. Biden has been quiet, and that is reflecting in polls, but the news hole is pretty much consumed by Trump and social unrest caused by his actions. Biden needs to bully his way on TV screens and get some time to counter Trump and show their is an alternative path for Americans.

Biden is speaking live right now, responding to the reports of Trump denigrating military service members, and he's doing a damn good job IMO. He sounds pissed.
