I think I must not understand high sticking.
Last night, Barzal got the stick under the visor and it wasn't a penalty because it was a follow through. Then Cole's stick gets Dickinson as he's falling, and that's a penalty because.. it wasn't a follow through? So you only have to be in control of your stick if you're not shooting? Is it a penalty is you hit someone with your stick on a wind-up to a shot?
