Konecny for Gaudreau makes too much sense.

For Philly:
- Johnny almost definitely re-signs
- he's very cheap until then
- reuniting Gaudreau and Hayes would probably be incredible

For Calgary:
- Konecny is a RHS RW on a good, long contract
- He's younger with good upside, if maybe not 100 points
- Extends the window and creates a new dynamic

Strikes me as another potential Granlund/Fiala situation.
