I like the idea of finding teams that are highly motivated for change and have the assets for a deal: Philly, Buffalo, Florida. Montreal perhaps.
Philly has a ton of things that I would be keen on. Koneczy having a poor playoff potentially gets him on the table, but I doubt you get much more. So what's better long-term, a more sure thing like Koneczy for Johnny 1:1 or a futures based deal such as Myers+Frost+1st.
