DDP Yoga +1. Great variety of exercises and styles, but even the 40 minute routines are still a barn burner.

I find a chin up bar compliments home yoga really well. It's hard to get upper body strength with yoga without being really hard on your wrists and I think chin ups provide a better alternative to doing those poses.
