Unplug from social media - I did it a few months back and it has transformed my life. Delete Twitter, delete Facebook, get the apps off your phone. The way they firehose content into your brain from vastly disparate sources and subjects is not how you’re meant to interact with the world.
There’s no better time in all human history to be alive, don’t despair.
