Hartley gets too much hate around here IMO. He has won a championship in every league he has coached in (QMJHL, AHL, NHL, Swiss League), with the expectation of the KHL, where he just made the finals in his first year (playoffs cancelled this year, but the team was a favourite again).
I don't think he deserves the lack of respect he gets.

There's a reason he's not coaching in the NHL, and won't ever again IMO
You can't treat people the way Hartley did and expect to get any more chances
