This team just is being run by someone with a flawed understanding of how a roster should be built, and because of that they won't improve.
Talbot + Rittich is not a Stanley Cup duo. If they bring Talbot and Rittich back, all they're doing is settling for mediocrity and hoping they can squeak into the playoffs again. No improvement.
