Ward pulling Talbot seemed like he was trying to tell his team to be a lot better and buckle down. Which is nice and all, but as a head coach that is your ####ing job. Dont play games, communicate. Instruct, motivate, threaten, encourage, I dont care. But you need to communicate with your team. He does not seem to very good at communicating, either that or he doesn't really know what he's doing.
At the very least he's gone. So thats a win.
