In the trailing 3 years they have 2 extra picks in the first two rounds above their allotted number. With other teams we see them pick 14 times in the first 3 rounds over a 3 year stretch. It's a committment to getting more picks in more than just the first round, and actually sticking to that plan that the team needs.

2nd was moved for Cammalleri which is still a trade I like years later
