How many years does he have left, 2 or 3? He's done some good and some bad, like every GM. Coaching choices is at the top of the list of missteps and I think Treliving has shown that he learns and acts on his own mistakes and can see him making the right decision in the fall and bring in a proven coach as his philosophy has not worked.
My choice is to give him a last shot and keep him. Would not be disappointed if they brought in someone else though, but if they do, they need to knock it out of the park and get someone experienced.
