Talbot was back on the bench long before the end of the period and I think before the 6th goal, so if it was an equipment issue, he could've come back out.
And Talbot didn't skate to the bench right after either, which would've been a sign of that issue, Ward told Rittich to get ready right after the goal because the TV camera saw Rittich getting ready after showing the 2nd replay of the goal.
Listen to the players and they don't seem happy with the goalie pull. Talbot may have been having a moment in the tunnel, but it was because Ward stupidly pulled the plug on the teams best player in the playoffs.
Sorry, don't buy Ward's story one bit. He screwed up, huge,, so he should at least admit it.
