More picks would be nice, but you also can't afford to have picks like Mark Jankowski, Emile Poirier, Hunter Smith, Mason McDonald, Morgan Klimchuk, and Sam Bennett all within a few years of each other. That span alone probably set the stage for why this first rebuild didn't work.
