Look 300kms north. Or Buffalo. Or Arizona. Or Florida. Or even Toronto.
On the flip side. Yes there have been middling franchises that haven’t gone either way. (Minnesota comes to mind).
A complete tear down is not always the solution. Doesn’t mean we continue with status quo either.
