The center for him doesn't matter. To be useful he wants the puck on his stick. No center is going to produce better with him when they have to cover for Johnnie in the defensive zone and watch him turn over the puck at the other teams blueline. We as Flames fans need to quit blaming the center and look at the issue, Johnny is scared of any physical play, flies the zone for long passes and leaves his linemates to do the balance of the lifting.

How many times have the linemates worked to get the puck, worked hard to get up the ice to only have to race back when Johnny tries one of his hail mary goal line shots that wrap around out of the zone. 5-10 times per game?
