Yeah I included Lindblom because a LW needs to come back and so does some cap, but the only other option that fits those two criteria is JVR, and that's too much cap and a "post apex" player too.
Then Bennett going the other way because Frost is coming and would have nowhere to play unless they shift Bennett to the wing (which would make many understandably snap) or Ryan to the wing, which would be ok I guess while they break Frost into the league on the 4th line.
