Well, that was predictable.
Look guys. If you break your stick and you're a defenseman, you get it from a forward. But if you break your stick as a forward, or if you just handed your stick off, go and get a new one. You'll be out of the play for maybe 5 seconds, as opposed to being utterly useless for potentially half a minute.
I don't know why this isn't just an accepted reality.
